As Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest and newest clients.

 

What you will do:

• Sourcing diverse and dynamic candidates using various sourcing channels
• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
• Interview candidates; focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Support the on-site team/ Recruiter by presenting the best candidate for each open position

What we would like you to have:

• C1 English and German is a must (written and verbal)
• Ideally with 1-2 years of recruitment / HR experience, but early career applications are welcome
• Good communication, stakeholder and time management skills
• Autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
• A flexible approach, as the new client implementation phase makes this role very dynamic
• Full time, hybrid (once a month in Budapest office)
