An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Advisors. Based in Singapore, this role works closely with key business stakeholders as part of the Randstad Sourceright working for one of our new RPO clients from Life Scineces industry

 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
• Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
• Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
• Compliantly work within Workday to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real time.
• Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand

 

About You

• A minimum of 2 year experience in recruitment, with focus on Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector
• Inhouse or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background
• Previous end to end recruitmet experience
• Experience hiring within "white collar" or “blue collar” environment
• Previous experience workin in matrix organization and cooperating with sourcers
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Open for working onsite 3 days a week in Tuas
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
