We are looking for a Talent Advisor to join our team, working for our interesting client in the telecommunication industry.  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for talent attraction, community management, and worker management. This role encompasses the entire freelancer lifecycle, from recruitment through invoicing, performance management to offboarding

About the job:

  • Collaborate with the MSP team to understand the needs and skills required
  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify & attract top candidates 
  • Build a community of talent for our client and maintain a strong network with these potential candidates
  • In charge of the rate negotiations and contract extensions of these freelancers
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes
  • responsible for fulfillment of assigned roles (KPI and results-driven)
  • good understanding of talent attraction best practices and how to brand roles towards candidates.
  • assist in deploying this solution and aid in conversations with Marketing, legal, etc,... when required
  • present your goals and outcomes to the internal stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

 

  • An experienced recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Experience in recruitment of IT professionals or knowledge of IT profiles is highly preferred
  • Someone who is very structured and has ambition, empathy, and a service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in order to lead the process, advise your managers, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Professional fluency in English and French or Dutch.
  • Results-driven and resilient finds solutions to overcome challenges
  • Willing to work regularly in Brussels (2 days per week on-site)
