We are searching for a Supplier Manager to support one of our biggest clients to manage their supplier with recruitment delivery perspective.

 

What you will do:

• Responsibility to ensure that there is a best in class 3rd party supplier strategy in place to support client needs, which will include ongoing assessment, adherence to process and ensuring effective coverage in place as appropriate
• Manage the life cycle of supplier relationships, ensuring effective on and off boarding and creation of an ongoing review programme
• Ensure all suppliers are well briefed to provide effective recruitment support in a timely and compliant manner
• Risk management
• Analysis and reporting on data and metrics
• Longer term planning, management and delivery of supplier events 
• Work on Diversity & Inclusion supplier related matters with client stakeholder to promote their strategy with supplier populations
• Asses customer satisfaction surveys to identify problems or detect potential and/or necessary improvements
• Manage supplier scorecards, sustainability reviews, supplier tiering and categorization
• Manage the strategy of the client regarding supplier management and align with current and future supplier usage
• Managing or take a part in regular meetings with the client
• Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders
• Lead or support ad hoc projects as directed to support the supplier management function

 

What we would like you to have:

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written). French and/or German is a plus
• Ideally experienced with third-party supplier relationship management and outsourcing services. (Experience in procurement management with the professional services focus would be a plus.)
• Experience within recruitment/outsourcing (RPO and/or MSP) and an understanding of delivery of a recruitment service would be preferable
• Knowledge and experience of compliance and recruitment legislation would be a benefit
• A proven focus on customer service and high quality delivery
• Good and confident  communication and client relationship management skills 
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
