We are looking for Senior Sourcing Recruiters, who will be joining a very motivated team to support one of the biggest and newest clients regarding their recruitment-related operations all across EMEA.

The position is full-time and we offer a permanent contract. The job is hybrid, 1 day onsite in our amazing office in Budapest is required.

What you will do:

• Participate in the intake calls with the managers to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels.
• Work closely with the hiring managers and Talent Advisors on the on-site team (having update calls, regular catch-ups, presenting the candidates, and guiding them through the full recruitment process)
• Provide market insights and analysis
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

• Experience in recruitment and sourcing via various platforms 
• Fluency in English
• Being autonomous, proactive, and a great team player
• Pharma and science-related sourcing and recruitment experience is a big plus
• Being open to becoming a valuable member of a very know and world-leading organization
