We are searching for an Associate Functional Analyst  to support our business by creating a scalable and governed approach to optimizing processes and automating work.

 

 

What you will do:

• Drive an operational rather than purely technical approach to process optimization and automation.
• Drive a federated CoE (Center of Excellence) approach rather than completely centralized or conversely, completely democratized.
• Focus on e2e processes and ‘concept’ value streams when identifying opportunities to optimize or automate.
• Create an environment and mechanism where all colleagues regardless of role and level feel empowered to suggest process improvement or automation ideas
• Document business requirements, process flows, and user stories to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand their requirements, process workflows, and pain points.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress, and facilitate productive discussions to drive successful automation implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, analyze and translate manual processes into automated solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure engineers to identify and resolve issues and defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation projects.
• Knowledgeable on team existing processes, procedures and precedents.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized methodologies, templates, and documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with business stakeholders to ensure automation solutions meet their expectations.

What we would like you to have:

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written). 
• Ideally experienced in a similar role as Business Analyst, specifically on Automation projects or as a process SME in a global setting
• Experience within recruitment/outsourcing (RPO and/or MSP)/ HR and an understanding of delivery of a recruitment service would be preferable.
• Ability to apply the “Lean methodology” to the work (Lean or Six Sigma certified required).
• Good and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
