Now, let's talk about the role of the Global Business Intelligence Director.


This isn't just any job—it's a chance to partner with various stakeholders within RSR, from data engineering teams to operational leaders, and provide game-changing business solutions through data insights. As the brains behind our reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards, you'll be responsible for streamlining processes, automating tasks, and constantly improving our reporting capabilities for both internal and external clients.


To excel in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of the HR and staffing industry, combined with expertise in data solutions. You'll lead by example, guiding your team and collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to turn insights into action. Whether it's crunching numbers, crafting compelling narratives, or presenting to top executives, you'll do it all with finesse.


What will you bring?


  • A minimum of 10 years of data-focused experience in HR
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing remote teams
  • Proven experience in creating and executing BI roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment outsourcing
  • Expertise in data analysis tools like SQL, with a preference for Python or R
  • Familiarity with databases like BigQuery and ML methods such as regression and clustering
  • Experience with ETL tools, BI platforms like Tableau or PowerBI, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Outstanding communication skills, from technical discussions to high-level presentations
  • A knack for problem-solving and a relentless drive to deliver results
