We are looking for a HR Admin/Business Services Specialist (German Speaking) to join our team and deliver a top-notch contract management process and manage the HR related admin tasks for  one of our clients.

What you will do:

• You will be able to work in a team that will help you along the way and teach you everything you need to know about our program.
• Manage the contract creation,  education reference check, and creating HR profiles for the new joiners process for our client with a high degree of ownership.
• Provide administrative support and ensure that work orders are updated in the system.
• Manage data modifications or corrections manually on the contracts or in the system. 
• Support an international account, working not just with your local colleagues but also with the on-site team.
• Be the key partner for the onsite team on the client side and work collaboratively to drive results.

What we would like you to have:

• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in an administrative role, back office or commercial support environment, preferably in staffing or recruitment industry.
• Experience in SAP and ServiceNow systems is an advantage
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, precise, and well organized approach
• Good at or experienced in working with different systems
• Good time management skill
• Good at working independently
