Randstad Sourceright is the division of the Randstad Group that supports large national and international companies by taking charge of all or part of their human resources processes. Our services are mainly focused on recruitment and selection, but often extend to communication, employer branding, and training. Randstad Sourceright colleagues work on-site with the client to fully integrate into the company and be able to continuously address the needs and opportunities of their clients.

As a Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting the best talent for our client. You will work closely with the client to identify recruitment needs, create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select candidates who best fit the requirements of each position.

This position is located in Haguenau and operates in a hybrid mode, with 2 days spent in the office.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the client to identify recruitment needs for each position.
  • Collaborating with the sourcing team to fulfill positions.
  • Write clear and precise job advertisements to attract the best candidates.
  • Review resumes and cover letters, selecting candidates with the skills and experience required for each position.
  • Conduct interviews to assess both technical and non-technical skills of candidates.
  • Conduct reference or background checks to ensure selected candidates are reliable and have a good professional reputation.
  • Present selected candidates to the client so they can make informed decisions.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and the client to ensure a positive experience for all participants in the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to assess both technical and non-technical skills of candidates.
  • Good understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills to manage simultaneous recruitment demands.
  • Fluency in French and English.
