About the job:

• end2end responsibility for the recruitment process for a mix of blue- and white-collar positions, and internal mobility
• Collaborating with a sourcing team who will be helping you find the best talents on the market
• Advising and partnering with Hiring Managers 
• Hybrid model - 2-3 days a week onsite in Verden

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in end2end recruitment 
• German - professional level in order to communicate with stakeholders
• Fluency in English - we are an international company supporting our colleagues across the globe
• Empathy, willingness to learn and explore complex topics
• Excellent communication skills in order to lead the process, advice managers and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• 13th salary paid out in two parts (50% every half a year)
