The organic performance strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organic performance metrics across various digital channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase audience engagement with a specific focus on the top 10 markets. The strategist is also responsible for the design and test of innovation projects, asd well as the project management of migrations. The design and constant optimisation of the workflow with the IT team, the global capability center and the markets is also part of the scope of this role.

The organic performance strategist is responsible for strategy, planning, goal setting, results and quality, bringing an insightful out of the box vision, data driven perspective and  with a clear focus on Randstad business goals.

your responsibilities include

  • Create vision for organic performance in Randstad based on external best practices inside and outside our industry
  • Set targets for SEO and other organic channel performance
  • developing specialized sourcing strategies for different specialties
  • Project management for innovative projects
  • Manage the blueprints for SEO operational management
  • Based on insights of the global capability center create solutions for key areas of improvement
  • Support the talent market performance cycle. 
  • Ownership of tools and recommendations for new tools 
  • Together with the other strategists, create and support the talent attraction and engagement strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic performance strategies to increase website traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and improve audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the different stakeholders to assure that the global platform is the best in class and SEO-proven by design.
  • Integrate new channels in the organic performance consultancy, such as YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to continuously optimize organic performance strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in organic search, content marketing, and digital strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of organic initiatives.
  • You contribute to the overall growth of the global portfolio and support local marketing teams in their ambition;
  • You support the talent market performance cycle and be able to conduct cross channel marketing conversations;
  • You serve as a key liaison between the global and local teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and talent needs;

your background

You are a people person, and a professional communicator with good attention to detail. You are a project manager with strong analytical thinking that understands that the real power of the website needs to be aligned with the business goals. You are curious, constantly up to date, eager to learn, innovate and to connect trends and the economic and social environment with a business approach. You need to have creative thinking, testing and questioning approaches and with strong communication skills to support the top 10 markets.

You are digital savvy ideally with knowledge of SEO tools, content marketing, as well as interest in new approaches using AI. You are a data lover with a personal opinion but always up to a discussion and a test to achieve results. You also like to share your knowledge and support the learning path of your colleagues around the world. You are an organic performance evangelist, constantly translating results to business achievements.

You love to work together with different teams, several countries and with a shared vision. You need to be able to work remotely, with other remote teams in a multicultural environment. Project management skills are also mandatory.
