about Job
 
As a    Quality Assurance Auditor (QA), you are responsible for auditing recruitment coordinating activities and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail. You will be developing and testing parameters for our processes, reviewing the processes for industry compliance, and assessing the production procedures. You may also need to train employees on quality standards.
 
Primary responsibilities
  • Review and audit interview scheduling and screening activities
  • Create and run reports to validate accuracy of data
  • Developing and implementing quality audit plans
  • Recruitment process compliance and system administration
  • Collaborate on special audit projects
  • Training employees on quality standards and procedures
  • Documenting deviations and recommending improvements
  • Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management / stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to the onsite teams
    required skill-set & qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a UGC/AICTE accredited university
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a UGC/AICTE accredited university
  • 3-4 years of auditing experience, preferably in a staffing or HR environment
  • 1 year of minimum experience of coaching and mentoring employees
  • Excellent consulting, leadership, interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Expert level experience in data management & ability to draw insights
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of G-suite applications & products
