Purpose of the job

As part of Randstad Sourceright's growth strategy, you have the opportunity to design contingent talent models across multiple regions to support our client ands gain access to contingent talent skills they need for their diverse business needs. In doing so, you can leverage our industry-leading approaches toward direct sourcing and SOW management services. Working closely and partnering with our sales and account owners you will meet with key customer stakeholders, run workshops and bring your expertise and experience to design the best scalable and optimal solutions tailored to the customer and immediate needs and create a foundation for further expansion and innovation for their contingent workforce needs. Your designs will leverage expertise from various subject matter experts from VMS providers through to experts in direct sourcing strategies and global delivery. All designs we create start with our target operating model, which forms the foundation to connect customer requirements to our delivery structure and organization, where we ensure we put the right work in the right location for optimal client engagement and talent/supplier delivery. Overall you will own the design, ensuring consistency, integrity, and measurable impact. This requires leading a solution design throughout the initial sales phases and ensuring the design is transferred accordingly to implementations and operations. Once designs are operational during their first few months, you will continue to be involved in bringing expertise and advisory responsibilities supporting specific design decisions and empowering the operational team to make future decisions. For existing large or strategic clients, you can be expected to review, re-design and recommend how to evolve towards the next generation of services to unlock and evolve further value and efficiencies. This is a senior job operating corporately across the whole RSR organization. Teamwork is essential, along with a growth mindset, to guide and lead stakeholders through their transformation supporting their workforce needs.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • participate in client meetings and act as Sales lead counterpart -
  • leading in workshops on talent models, being assertive yet factual when explaining the pros and cons, especially taking time to formulate the ideal outcome.
  • Lead on solution strategy for Enterprise deals specifically across people management, location strategy, payroll strategy and technology stack design to ensure a market leading and evolving solution to the end client.
  • Ensure that the solutions analyst supporting you on the deal is well guided and understands the design strategy and principles.
  • Design talent models for targeted clients which efficiently leverage our breadth of capabilities to deliver across all facets of the contingent workforce.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with your designs with respect to scope increase or trade-offs which will impact the overall cost or feasibility of a design.
  • Ensure all design changes are captured and documented in a pursuit plan, clearly showing the

Job Requirements

Education

  • University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional intellectual experience 
  • At least 5 years’ experience of multi-national, multi-region design, and proven ability to function within matrix onshore and offshore organizations
  • Knowledge and know-how of contingent talent models, associated pricing and delivery models and direct sourcing strategies
  • Leading stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues during each pursuit ensuring a clear understanding of the talent model, responsibilities and accountability.
  • Ability to design global and regional contingent solutions from scope to deployment
  • Working knowledge of VMS/HR technology platforms and practical user interfaces/capabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding and working with complex financial and pricing models to support client solutions and negotiations
  • Ability to connect business requirements with process and technology
  • Experience building trusting relationships at all levels of an organization especially with senior executives
  • Ability to present to executive and senior management and client stakeholders
  • Working in a commercially driven organization using platforms such as salesforce.com
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills bringing in data and proof points and benchmarks
  • Handling confidential information e.g innovation, talent hiring volumes
  • Excellent in written English
  • Independent and strong self management skills, thinking ahead of who’s doing what and a hands-on approach to lead by example.

 

Knowledge

  • Affinity with HR/staffing/talent models
  • Understanding and use of Challenger sales methodology and its application
  • Thorough understanding of the sales/account management process and including result driven KPI’s/OKR’s
  • Digital fluency with google or Microsoft platforms e.g sheets, excel, slides etc.
  • Leading and influence teams and stakeholders

Additional requirements

  • The role needs to be based in US (East coast)
  • Travel (regional and global) is required at times and depends on group needs and events.

The base salary range for this position is $98,515 to $155,700

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
