As Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest clients.

What you will do:

  • Be goal driven to find diverse and dynamic candidates while providing a great candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
  • Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels.
  • Take a part or conducting the 1st round interview.
  • Support the on-site team by bringing best candidate for the open positions
  • Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

What we would like you to have:

  • Good level of English and min C1 level of Dutch is must (written and verbal)
  • Ideally with 1-2 years of experience but people in early career are also welcome
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is a big plus
  • Good stakeholder and time management skills
  • Autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
  • Flexible approach towards to the changes since this role is very dynamic
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented
  • No hesitation to have changes since this role is very dynamic
