Responsibilities

  • Expertise in Talent Research Analysis, Data and Learning Management
  • Demonstrate strong client orientation and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effectively manage learning programs for Forum employees, create dashboards and reports. The Learning Award, LinkedIn Learning, Coaching, Mentoring, Management Programme, Team Development and 360 Feedback
  • Support in Workday improvement and optimization projects (journeys, dashboards, etc)
  • Planning, preparing, and assisting in the production of meetings and events (virtual and physical) through the Forums digital platforms. Publishing advertising templates.
  • Understand the challenges for effective resolution, achievement of productivity and quality goals
  • Event Staff Management System, managing the digital platform and its support. Responsible for keeping the team up to date on changes, creating new templates for the level 1 support team
  • Gain knowledge on the Forum digital platforms Salesforce, Toplink, Uplink, Strategic Intelligence, Zoom, IaaS in order to extend support to the project when required.

Qualifications and skills

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Digital Communication or IT
  • Minimum 10 -15 years of global experience in Talent Research & Analytics, Relationship Management, Training, HR Operations with clients in Europe, UK,US
  • Experience managing a team/ Stakeholder management
  • Supporting internal processes and select projects in preparation for the Annual Meeting.
  • Ability to multi-task, take up initiatives and effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Capacity to innovate, apply critical thinking, work collaboratively in a team against tight deadlines and deliver to the highest standards; service orientation in a highly demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English. International travel / study / work experience is preferred.
