Breakdown of main responsibilities

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on the operational process of the Forum
Fellowship Programme, addressing any inquiries and ensuring clarity
• Support/manage the entire administrative cycle of the fellowship programme, including
pre-onboarding, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, People and Culture, IT, and other internal partners
to streamline the engagement process for fellows
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the Fellowship
Programme, addressing their operational needs, inquiries or concerns promptly
• Monitor the progress of upcoming fellowships on a global scale
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to maximize efficiency and
increase automation whenever possible
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fellowship database, ensuring data integrity and
consistency
• Produce data reports and dashboards for the leadership team

Preferred Requirements and Experience

• Proficiency in technology, with advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with Workday and
Qualtrics an advantage
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data
• Well organised and a service-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in a similar operational role, preferably within a fast-paced
environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
