We are looking for Sourcing Recruiters who want to be exposed to the hiring community and act as partners, not deliverers. 

We are looking for Sourcing Recruiters who are curious and deeply interested in business needs but also in the candidate's story which will help them match the right talent with the right role. 

Responsibilities:

• Taking active part in intake and update calls with Talent Advisors and client’s Hiring Managers based in the Netherlands
• Sourcing on Linkedin, database, social media for profiles related to banking: risk consultants, business analysts, legal councils, compliance, etc.
• Shortlisting applicants
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Preparing market insights and sharing them with stakeholders

We are looking for:

(sourcing OR “direct search”) AND English AND (bank OR “banking industry” OR “financial institution”) AND Hungary AND “stakeholder management skills”

• We want you to have fun with sourcing
• Exposure to the banking industry is definitely an asset
• Fluency in English - this is your main language to use on daily basis
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - to represent Randstad Sourceright externally in a professional way
• Curiosity - to get as much understanding as possible about  roles, business needs and candidates
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 times a month in the Budapest office)
