Join our growing global talent marketing team and contribute to the employer branding and media & digital transformation of our company and clients.

What you’ll do;

  • Develop agreed insights in employer brand including brand perception, competitor analysis and candidate behaviour including research and delivery of Brand Assessments
  • Provide analysis of client employer brand and EVP mapping
  • Support client workshops/meetings/interviews to define plans and EVP strategies
  • Design and management of research, Employer Branding plans and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Research and produce insight reports for key client sectors (i.e. tech skills report)
  • Project management, delivery and coordination of client plans
  • Coordinate production of copy assets and content i.e. banners, ads, landing pages, campaigns etc.

What you will bring;

  • Deep knowledge of end-to end employer branding across the full candidate experience
  • Strong local and regional recruitment marketing experience
  • Ability to manage employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Geographic and intercultural awareness/sensitivity/communication/D&I
  • Strong programme management skills - well-organized, obsessive attention to detail, data-driven, and able to oversee delivery in line with set project deadlines
