We are growing as a global talent marketing team with a focus on contributing to the employer branding and media & digital transformation of our company and clients. Our team consists of experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Client Partners to define target audiences, profiles, and personae
  • Owns and develops the attraction template on how we present e2e strategies to clients (current and potential) - in strong collaboration with our media team
  • Works with stakeholders, vendors, and media team to identify, design, and manage omni-channel attraction strategies and campaigns, including pricing in collaboration with media team
  • Support technology improvement to offer a seamless experience for talent and increase the operational effectiveness of recruitment marketing, media and digital campaigns - reducing overall reliance on job boards and LinkedIn licenses
  • Supports media & performance planning and tech/reporting setup
  • Helps in making sure data and MI is captured and analyzed for media performance and future planning in collaboration with MI and the rest of the teams
  • Assists in visualizing and presenting data supporting the whole function
  • Constantly supports targeting, reach, reporting, and efficiency of campaigns looking for optimizations and savings

 

Key support to the client partnering and creative team

  • Attraction strategies and proposals informed by data and insights
  • Creation, management, and execution of end-to-end strategies in collaboration with the other teams
  • Data analysis of recruitment marketing campaigns and activities with constant improvements and additional activity advice
  • Collaborate strongly with creatives and client partners from the briefing stage to make sure messaging is on point and tailored by channel
  • Work closely with the Talent Marketing Data Team to produce MI, data scorecards, and visualizations

 

Key Expertise

  • Media and media advertising knowledge including creative strategies
  • Strong knowledge of targeting and target segmentation
  • Experience in designing and managing end-to-end campaigns and attraction marketing projects and managing stakeholders
  • A good understanding of out-of-home, radio, billboards, and digital channels such as SEA, PPC, or Display
  • Strong program management and campaign optimization capabilities
  • Understanding of the technical requirements to tracking media
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
  • Ability to create well-written and designed proposals and strategies, using the relevant operating systems, e.g Google Suite or Microsoft Office

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role ideally within Recruitment Marketing
  • University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications or experiences

The base salary range for this position is $72,617 - 108,925

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
