As  Business Intelligence Team Leader you will be a part of team of 12 highly skilled professionals scattered across EMEA&UK and globally BI team in total around ~150.

Some of your daily responsibilities will consist of :

• direct line management of ~6 business intelligence professionals: day to day management, work prioritization, upskilling and coaching, goal setting and development planning and performance management
• dealing with stakeholder escalations
• assisting the regional leaders with shaping the future BI roadmap
• being the liaison between the consumers/ops teams and the internal BI teams such as regional or data engineering teams
• leveraging an agile work environment to incorporate new innovative and value add components to existing portfolios
• ensuring data governance principles and guidelines are being met

What you will need to bring in:

• At least 5 years of experience in MI/Business Intelligence/Data Science/Analytics, at least 2-3 years as Team Leader
• Fluent English is mandatory, any other European language is nice-to-have but not essential
• Ability to create meaningful insights and metrics that aligned to business priorities and objectives
• Data visualisation preferred; ability to interpret data and translate it to non tech people
• Knowledge of database modelling principles, at least intermediate SQL and data management
• Previous BI experiencein recruitment
• Analytics experience along with knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau or other visualization tools
