Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key industry trends and potential candidates.

- Build and maintain a talent database, tracking valuable insights on potential hires.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create detailed candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

- Utilise various tools and platforms to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates.

- Continuously analyse and adapt sourcing methods to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
