Director, Client Delivery- RPO

This Director, Client Delivery- RPO has operational and financial responsibility for overall engagement through the strategic application of company and client resources. .

The scope includes responsibility for all sites for many clients and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Duties on a high level include:

  • Develop & implement business plans, processes, strategies, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success;
  • Act as a consultative partner; manage the delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end results;
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered;
  • Primary owner of the budgets, forecasting, and P&L management for assigned accounts
  • Negotiate agreements and/or reach a consensus with all levels and positions within the organization

Skills / Experience:

  • 5-7 years plus combined business, recruiting, and operations leadership and demonstrated successes within a complex organization
  • 5 years of experience managing and directing professional recruiters within a client service role
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex clients or projects in a fast-paced high volume environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills, developing people and high-performing teams
  • Superior consulting, leadership management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Manage multiple teams or a single complex team; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully execute
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational
  • Bilingual French is an asset
