Your Role;

As the Global Marketing Business Partner for Strategic Customers & Advisory, you'll be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that propel our business forward. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and foster customer engagement.

 

Location: Remote-based in located in Hungary. Travel (regional and global) might be required.

 

What You'll Do;

 

  • Execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for enterprise customers and advisory services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop lead generation programs and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership, providing clear updates on progress and opportunities.

  • Chief Customer Officer and RESC VPs
  • Managing Director, Randstad Advisory
  • Global Marketing Leader, Enterprise
  • Customer & Growth Marketing business partners
  • Digital Marketing Team
  • External Communications team

 

What You’ll Bring; 




  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in marketing, business development or strategic planning, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working remotely and across cultures.
