your typical day includes
working in partnership with one of our large Pharmaceutical clients based in Zug, managing the contingent recruitment process and providing a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction. You will have a team to support you in delivering against the SLA client expectations and going above the delivery model by demonstrating your ability to find outstanding talent individuals to assist our client on their mission. Our MSP program is branded Worksense.
your focus will be to
develop and manage strategic stakeholder relationships
recommend and agree suitable sourcing strategies with the hiring manager community
drive a strong candidate pipeline by utilising all sourcing channels available such as engaging our own internal direct recruitment team, supplier relationship management, management of referrals and advertising etc
develop and maintain effective relationships with offsite delivery teams which support the client account
ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met effectively, using MI data to monitor this
ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
effectively manage and utilise our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
supporting Hiring Managers with system based queries, and other process or policy queries
managing the timesheet and contract renewals process
working with partner recruitment agencies to ensure a streamlined service to all parties (hiring managers and candidates)
building strong relationships with the contractor workforce
dealing with contractor queries in a timely, professional and engaging manner
ad hoc projects most likely around process implementation and improvement
what you will need
This role will suit someone who has worked in either a Recruitment Business Partner capacity, or has managed a temporary recruitment desk in a 360 role
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and SLA’s is key for this fast paced role
This is a key client facing role where excellent customer service and client management skills are imperative.
it’s also nice to have
experience recruiting into pharmaceuticals or life sciences
experience working in a similar role for an RPO, MSP, or in-house
